TradeGraph: Turning Outcomes into Intelligence
How every trade outcome feeds the TradeGraph — building compounding intelligence that improves demand capture, matching, and pricing.
What Is the TradeGraph?
The TradeGraph is CollectIQ's intelligence layer. It captures and connects every data point in the trade lifecycle: demand signals, inventory state, match results, offer outcomes, and fulfillment status.
Unlike standalone analytics that show you charts of past activity, the TradeGraph is a connected graph of relationships. A buyer request is connected to the matches it generated, the offers that were sent, and the trades that resulted. Over time, these connections reveal patterns that flat analytics cannot.
The Compounding Effect
Every trade that flows through CollectIQ adds nodes and edges to your TradeGraph. More data means better matching (the MatchRun engine learns from outcomes), better pricing (you see what buyers actually pay, not just what you list), and better sourcing (you see demand before you buy inventory).
This is the compounding effect: each trade does not just generate revenue — it generates intelligence that makes the next trade more likely to succeed. Shops that have been on CollectIQ for 90+ days consistently report higher match rates and faster conversions than in their first month.
Key TradeGraph Insights
The TradeGraph surfaces four categories of intelligence: Demand (what buyers want, trending items, unmatched demand), Supply (fill rate, inventory freshness, sourcing gaps), Conversion (funnel flow from capture to trade completion), and Opportunities (actionable recommendations based on your data).
Each insight is actionable. Missed demand insights link to sourcing recommendations. Fill rate insights suggest inventory adjustments. Conversion insights show where buyers drop off so you can optimize your offer flow.
No Black Boxes
The TradeGraph is fully transparent. Every score, recommendation, and insight shows its inputs. The TrustGraph scoring system, which powers seller reputation and routing priority, publishes its exact formula: 8 weighted components, each with a maximum score, computed from observable trade behavior.
CollectIQ does not use ML models or opaque algorithms for scoring. Your TradeGraph insights are computed from your actual data using deterministic rules. You can always understand why a recommendation was made and verify it against your own records.
Getting Started with TradeGraph
The TradeGraph activates automatically as trade data flows through your workspace. Start capturing demand (QR, widget, API, or manual), connect your inventory, and enable MatchRuns. Within 30 days you will have enough data for the first insights. At 90 days, the compounding effect becomes clearly visible in your metrics.
Access the TradeGraph from your portal dashboard — the Demand, Supply, Conversion, and Insights tabs break down your trade intelligence across the full lifecycle.
