Frequently asked questions
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We notify you at 80% usage. At 100%, operations continue with slower processing. At 120%, new writes are paused until the next cycle or upgrade. Read access is never blocked.
What counts as a buyer request?
Each unique submission via buylist, widget, QR scan, or API counts as 1 buyer request. Duplicates within 5 minutes are de-duped and don't count.
What counts as a match run?
Each MatchRun execution counts as 1 unit — whether triggered automatically on new requests or manually via "Run Now". Results are cached; re-viewing doesn't count.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. During beta, Pro access is free for early adopters.
What does "Free during beta" mean?
Early adopters who sign up during public beta get full Pro features at no cost. When beta ends, you choose to stay on Pro or downgrade to Free.
