How to Measure

  • PostHog: Events are sent via the analytics provider. Create funnels in PostHog Insights using the event names above.
  • Portal Usage: The /portal/usage page shows workspace-level event counts and API usage.
  • Activation Score: The Growth Center computes an activation score from the Activation stage events.
