Yes. The Free plan includes 1 workspace, 1 seat, 1,000 API requests/month, and 100 buyer requests/month. During public beta, all Pro features are unlocked for early adopters at no cost.

Our MatchPack engine uses deterministic scoring to compare buyer requests against your inventory. It considers product name, set/series, variant, condition, and price range. Every match is explainable — no black boxes.

A MatchRun is a single execution of the matching engine. It compares pending buyer requests against your current inventory and produces scored matches. Each run counts toward your plan limits.

Enterprise plans support custom matching rules and scoring weights. On Free and Pro plans, the default scoring algorithm handles the most common use cases out of the box.

We notify you at 80% usage. At 100%, operations continue with slower processing. At 120%, new writes are paused until the next cycle or upgrade. Read access is never blocked.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include full REST API access with typed SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript. You can manage requests, inventory, matches, and webhooks programmatically.

Yes. Pro plans include embeddable widgets that you can add to your website in minutes. The widget lets visitors submit want requests directly from your site.

CollectIQ fires webhooks for key events — new requests, matches found, offers sent, etc. Enterprise webhooks are signed for security. Configure endpoints from your workspace settings or via API.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We enforce row-level security (RLS) on all database tables, use rate limiting, and comply with standard security practices. See our Security page for details.
