Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them without contacting support.

Products are not syncing

Check that your Shopify admin has products with the "Active" status. CollectIQ only imports published products. You can trigger a manual re-sync from Portal → Integrations → Shopify → Sync Now.

Webhooks show as unhealthy

Webhook delivery can fail if Shopify cannot reach CollectIQ (temporary network issue). Go to Portal → Integrations → Diagnostics to see error details and use the "Retry" button.

Widget is not appearing on my Shopify store

Ensure the script tag was installed (check Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes → Edit code → check for the collectiq snippet). You can also use the Widget Builder in your portal to get a manual embed code.

I disconnected and want to reconnect

Go to Portal → Integrations → Shopify and enter your store domain again. The OAuth flow will re-authorize and your previous mapping will be restored.
